Aloe Vera for Healthy Skin

 

People ask me, in my capacity as a wellbeing therapist, about the use of Aloe Vera for problem skin conditions such as teenage-acne, spots, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, dermatitis and minor cuts, burns, insect bites and stings. Often they have read or heard something in the press about the healing properties of Aloe Vera or they have experienced the cooling results of applying the inner leaf Aloe Gel to a burn – either sunburn or a kitchen burn.

Whenever you are using creams or moisturisers on your skin it is important to ensure it is cleaned using a pH balanced soap. Aloe Liquid Soap relies on the natural, gentle cleansing properties of Aloe Vera. Its mild formula is suitable for people with sensitive skin and babies. £10.32

 

Aloe-Jojoba Shampoo is has a mild formulation suitable for all hair types, so if your skin condition is causing irritation on your scalp you may like to consider using Forever Living's Aloe Vera based shampoo and conditioning rinse. £13.43
